SERVICES
At Kuroiwa, we handle every step in-house, from die production to actual use,
including all necessary materials and auxiliary components.
Since we do not rely on outsourcing, we achieve cost reduction,
quick delivery, and strict quality control.
Leveraging this strength, we manufacture three types of dies
for bag making, styrene molding, and paper packaging.
These three pillars resonate and reinforce each other,
generating Kuroiwa’s outstanding technical ability and product quality.
Flexible Packaging Dies
for punching bags made of plastic film, such as pouches for food, daily goods, and medical packaging.
Widely used for food, cosmetics, and many other products.
We possess blade-processing technology capable of handling complex cutting patterns.
We can design and produce original die shapes tailored to customer requests.
Styrene Tray Dies
for punching formed styrene sheets, such as food trays and industrial trays.
Compatible with three-dimensional styrene sheets, with blades, resin boards, or metal plates selected depending on thickness.
We also manufacture in-house product guides used for positioning and ejection.
We can create dies by modeling from samples.
Paper and Cardboard Packaging Dies
for punching box made of paper and cardboard products.
Paper containers / All paper-based packaging / Corrugated cardboard products
We handle “flat die-cutting” to cut and fold paper into finished boxes.
Applicable for a wide range of uses such as confectionery, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
In addition to dies, we also produce peripheral tools such as stripping and blanking dies.
